✅ Eligibility

  • Gender: Women and gender-minority women are eligible.
  • Local residence: Must be resident of the same revenue village/ward as the Anganwadi centre (proof required).
  • Age: 19–35 years (relaxations as per rules).

🎓 Educational Qualification

  • Anganwadi Worker: Must have a minimum qualification of PUC (Pre-University Course) and have studied Kannada as the first or second language in SSLC.
  • Anganwadi Helper: Must have a minimum qualification of SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) or an equivalent class.
  • Additional Qualification: Priority will be given to candidates who have completed an ECCE Diploma, JOC course, NTT course from D.S.E.R.T., a Diploma in Nutrition, a Home Science certificate course, or a one-year Nursery/Pre-primary training from a government-recognized institution.

⏳ Age Limit

  • Minimum: 19 years
  • Maximum: 35 years
  • Relaxation: As per WCD/Karnataka government rules (e.g., PwD, widow/divorcee).

💵 Honorarium

These are honorarium-based service posts. Exact monthly honorarium/allowances will be as per department norms and the district notification.
