Eligibility

Deputation Requirement

  • Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
  • Level-6 in Pay Matrix with 3 years’ regular service.

Educational Qualification

  • MBA (Personnel/Finance) — two years’ duration; OR
  • PG Degree/PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management / Finance — two years’ duration.

Age Limit

Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of applications.

Pay, Allowances & Benefits

  • Pay option: Draw pay of deputation post (Level-7) or parent basic pay + deputation allowance (as per DoPT).
  • TA/DA for official journeys as per BIS Rules.
  • Leave & Pension: Governed by CCS (Leave) Rules & parent dept’s pension rules; BIS pays leave salary/pension contribution.
  • NPS/Provident Fund continues as per parent department.
  • Medical facilities, Transport Allowance, CEA, LTC, Joining Time & Transfer TA as admissible.

Period of Deputation

Initial period of two (02) years, extendable by one (01) year at BIS’s discretion.
