Who Can Apply & What You’ll Do (Post-wise)
Taluk Program Manager (Gangawati)
Qualification: Full-time 2-year PG / PG Diploma. Experience: 5+ yrs relevant; preference for 1+ yr as Taluk Mission Manager or 2+ yrs as Cluster Supervisor. Language: Kannada & English (reading/typing/speaking). Age: up to 45 years.
Role (high level): lead block team, review field work, enable SHG-bank linkage with district/state cells, drive planning & M&E, identify vulnerable groups, coordinate with PRI/departments/NGOs, submit periodic reports to DMMU.
District Manager – Farm Livelihood (Koppal)
Qualification: M.Sc. (Agri & allied) / B.Sc. (Agri & allied) / M.Sc. (Science/Env.) / Any Master’s degree.
Experience: M.Sc. Agri: 2+ yrs; B.Sc. Agri: 4+ yrs; M.Sc. Science/Env.: 7+ yrs; Any other Master: 7+ yrs in farm livelihoods/relevant field.
Role: coordinate district-wide farm livelihoods, design training for staff/community, monitor CRPs, enable convergence, document best practices, support organic PoPs, run buyer–seller meets, ensure MIS reporting.
Cluster Supervisor – Skill (Gangawati)
Qualification: Any Graduation. Experience: 3+ yrs relevant.
Role: end-to-end mobilization & counseling under skill programs—village outreach, monthly camp calendar with PIAs, candidate shortlisting, pre-training logistics, dropout tracking & re-engagement, placement tracking (esp. women), and regular reporting/capacity-building.
Block Manager – Farm Livelihoods (Koppal & Kushtagi)
Qualification: M.Sc. (Agri) with 1+ yr exp / B.Sc. (Agri) with 3+ yrs / Any Master with 5+ yrs in farm livelihoods/relevant field.
Role: execute farm livelihood interventions at block level, support Mahila Kisan activities, align with cluster teams, drive convergence, monitor CRPs, capture best practices, ensure MIS quality, and run organic farming protocols/workshops.
Office Assistant (Koppal)
Qualification: Any Graduation. Experience: 3+ yrs relevant.
Role: assist managers at district/taluk level, maintain clean MIS entries, file movement & record-keeping, coordinate compliance communications, support day-to-day mission targets.
