- Visit the department portal (see Important Links block), register, and create your User ID and Password.
- Log in and fill Personal & Address details, then enter Academic and Income information accurately.
- Select your preferred colleges (no hard cap on number) and set district preferences for verification/allotment.
- Upload a scanned photo (up to ~50 KB), signature (up to ~50 KB), and required documents (PDF as specified).
- Choose a Nodal Centre (DIET/CTE) for original document verification. Selection cannot be changed later.
- Pay the application fee via permitted modes. Enter challan number if you pay through SBI challan.
- Submit the form and immediately download/print the application. Keep it safe for verification.
- Visit the chosen nodal centre within 7 days from your application date with all originals + one set of self-attested photocopies for on-the-spot online validation.
