Type of Contract & Tenure
The engagement is on a Full-Time contract for an initial period of two (2) years. The tenure may be extended beyond the initial period based on exemplary performance and achievements during the contract.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (or above) in Engineering in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience Criteria
- Essential: 15 years’ experience in Educational Planning/Administration/Training in leading industries, Government (Central/State), Universities, higher education institutions, Autonomous Bodies or PSUs; or HoD level in large/medium industries with achievements in HRD/training.
- Desirable: Proven record in senior production and training roles with measurable outcomes.
Upper Age Limit
Maximum age: 50 years on the specified cut-off date.

What the Assistant Director Will Do
