- 1) Who can apply for LIC AAO (Generalist)?
- Graduates in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution. The result must be declared on or before 01 Aug 2025.
- 2) Can final-year students apply?
- Yes, only if their final result is declared by 01 Aug 2025 and they can produce proof at later stages.
- 3) What is the age limit?
- 21–30 years as on 01 Aug 2025 (DOB from 02 Aug 1995 to 01 Aug 2004, both inclusive). Upper-age relaxations apply as per rules.
- 4) How is the selection done?
- Through Prelims (qualifying), Mains (Objective + qualifying Descriptive), followed by Interview. Final merit is based on Mains (Objective) + Interview.

- Prelims English is qualifying only. In Mains, the English Descriptive test is also qualifying.

- Bilingual (English/Hindi) for Objective tests. English Descriptive is in English only.
