Selection Process — OICL Administrative Officer (Scale I)

    Preliminary Online Examination (Tier I)
    Objective-type online test conducted for both Generalist and Hindi (Rajbhasha) streams. This stage is used to shortlist candidates for the Main Examination as per cut-off decided by the company.

    Main Examination (Tier II)
    Online examination consisting of objective tests (and descriptive test, if specified) with different section weightage for Generalist and Hindi Officers. Only candidates shortlisted from Tier I are called for this stage.

    Interview & Final Merit List
    Candidates shortlisted from the Main Examination are called for a personal interview. Final selection is made based on performance in the Main Examination and Interview taken together, subject to medical fitness and document verification as per company rules.
