Educational Qualification
- Essential: Matriculation (10th Pass) from a recognized board.
- Typing Speed: At least 40 w.p.m. in English on computer or typewriter.
- Computer Knowledge: Working knowledge of MS Office, email, file & record management.
- Language: Ability to draft and correspond independently in English and Kannada is desirable.
- Experience (Desirable): Store/ledger maintenance, documentation, note-sheet drafting, clerical support.
Age Limit
Candidates must be 18 to 50 years as on 01 November 2025. Age concessions, if applicable, will follow Sainik Schools Society/Government recruitment norms. Proof of age must be supported by the matriculation certificate.
Application Fee
- ₹500/- (non-refundable) via A/C Payee Demand Draft in favour of Principal, Sainik School Bijapur.
- Payable at SBI, Sainik School Campus, Bijapur Branch (Code 3163). Write your name and post on the reverse of the DD.
- Applications without the prescribed fee or with incorrect instruments will be summarily rejected.
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will draw pay in Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200) of the 7th CPC. In addition, admissible benefits as per Sainik Schools Society Rules may include Transport Allowance (with DA), Medical Allowance, subsidized education for up to two children, rent-free accommodation (subject to availability), Bonus, Leave benefits and coverage under the National Pension System (NPS).

Selection Process
