SSC Head Constable (AWO/TPO) in Delhi Police — Recruitment 2025
The Staff Selection Commission will conduct an all-India competitive recruitment for the post of Head Constable {Assistant Wireless Operator/Tele-Printer Operator} in Delhi Police. The job blends field discipline with technology: candidates will support wireless communication, message transmission, tele-printer operations, and basic computer tasks essential for day-to-day policing. Selection has four layers — a national-level Computer Based Examination, Physical Endurance & Measurement Tests, Trade Test (reading & dictation) and a qualifying test of proficiency in computer operation — followed by document and medical checks. If you have 10+2 (Science & Mathematics) or a relevant NTC, can handle computers confidently, and meet the physical standards, this is a strong technical entry into Delhi Police with a steady pay scale and clear career pathway.
