Educational Qualifications
Junior Assistants
- II PUC (12th) pass.
- Knowledge of Kannada (read/write/speak/understand) and computer operations.
- Preference: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and relevant experience.
Computer Operators
- II PUC or 3-year Diploma in Commercial Practice.
- Senior Kannada/English Typewriting or Computer operations & applications knowledge.
- Kannada language proficiency (read/write/speak/understand).
- Preference: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Science / Electronics & Communication + experience.
Sipayi (Attender/Peon)
- SSLC (10th) pass and Kannada as a language.
Night Watchman
- SSLC pass and Kannada as a language.
- Preference: Ex-servicemen.
Driver
- SSLC pass and Kannada as a language.
- Valid LMV and/or HMV driving licence with minimum 5 years experience.
Gunman
- SSLC pass and Kannada as a language.
- Preference: Ex-servicemen.
Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years on the last date of application.
- Maximum (as per Govt. of Karnataka rules):
- SC/ST/Category-1: 40 years
- Cat-2A/2B/3A/3B: 38 years
- General: 35 years
- Ex-servicemen: up to 45 years (with minimum 15 years of service).

Selection Process
For Junior Assistants & Computer Operators
- Written Test — 200 marks: Kannada (50), General English (25), General Knowledge (25), Co-operation (50), Indian Constitution (25), Reasoning/Analytical Ability (25).
- Shortlisting 1:5 for Computer Practical Test.
For Sipayi / Night Watchman / Driver / Gunman
- Written Test — 100 marks: Kannada (50) and General Knowledge (50).
- Driver: Driving test during interview stage.
Final Merit: Written marks normalized to 85% + Interview 15%.
How to Apply (Online)
- Register with mobile number and verify via OTP.
- Fill basic, address and category details.
- Upload clear scans: photo & signature (≤512 KB each), Aadhaar, caste certificate (with RD No., if applicable), SSLC marks card, PUC/ITI/Diploma marks card, all degree semester/year marks cards, and experience certificates (if any).
- Review entries and proceed to fee payment through the PhonePe gateway.
- On success, download the application print and payment receipt.
- Hall ticket must be downloaded from the official website before the exam.
