Educational Qualification & Experience
A) Manager (Credit Analyst) — MMGS III
- Basic Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) AND MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance) or CA/CFA/ICWA.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Corporate/High-value Credit in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or listed FI/Company (credit appraisal of medium/large corporates).
- Skills: Balance sheet analysis, credit risk assessment, proposal appraisal, credit monitoring.
B) Manager/Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms)
- Basic Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computers/ECE/EEE/Instrumentation/Telecom or MCA with 60% marks (min.). Preferable: MBA/Executive MBA.
- Certifications (preferable): PMP/PRINCE2, NPCI Payments, RBI Certified Payment Specialist, CCIP, CISSP, PCI QSA, CRCP (valid as on 31.08.2025).
- Experience: Manager — 5 years; Deputy Manager — 3 years in Digital Payments/AFC/FASTag/FinTech/CRM/Risk, etc.
Age Limit (as on 31.08.2025)
- Manager (Credit Analyst): 25–35 years
- Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): 28–35 years
- Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): 25–32 years
- Relaxations: As per Govt. of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility/experience and parameters set by SBI.

- Probation: MMGS III — 6 months (Credit Analyst); MMGS II/III (Digital) — as per bank policy.
