Strength & Conditioning Expert — Lead (01)
- Essential (any one): Bachelor’s/Master’s in Sports & Exercise Science / Sports Science / Sports Coaching; OR any Graduation with ASCA Level-1 or above / CSCS / UK-SCA accredited coach / Diploma in Fitness Training / Govt. Certificate course in Fitness Training.
Shortlisting uses higher qualification, S&C certifications, experience, sports achievements, etc.; interview is 100 marks.
YP
Young Professional (01)
- Essential (any one): Master’s degree / equivalent; OR Bachelor’s + PG Diploma in Sports Management (min 50%); OR Graduate with 3 years work experience.
- Desirable: Represented India at international level with Bachelor’s; or MBA / PG in Sports Management.
Assessment parameters include language, research, Govt. experience, sports-management experience, and attitude (20 marks each).
MS
Sports Masseur — Male (01)
- Essential: Minimum 2 years work experience as Masseur/Masseuse.
- Preferred (for shortlisting weightage): Diploma in Massage Therapy.
Shortlisting considers total experience and experience in recognized sports establishments; interview is 50 marks.

Sports Masseur — Male

- Total work experience as Masseur/Masseuse — up to 10 marks (2 marks per completed year)
- Experience in recognized sports establishments — up to 10 marks (additional 2 marks per completed year)
Interview (Total: 50 marks)
- Domain expertise & practical knowledge — 20
- Aptitude for working in a sports organization — 10
- Soft skills — 10
- Knowledge in allied sports science disciplines — 10
How to Apply
- Download & fill the application in the prescribed format (Annexure “A”) using BLOCK letters. Paste a recent photograph and complete all fields.
- Attach supporting documents (self-attested/notarized as instructed): proof of DOB, educational certificates (from matriculation onwards), experience certificates, sports achievements, ID/address proof, and any other documents mentioned in the notification.
- Prepare one sealed cover and clearly superscribe: “Application for the post of ______ — KISCE, Vidyanagar” for faster sorting.
