This recruitment is ONLY for outstanding sportspersons. Having just PUC/10th/Degree does not make you eligible without required sports achievements.

You must meet the Sports Norms notified by RRC SWR (recognized championships/levels under NSF/SGFI/AIU/IOA, etc.) in the listed disciplines/events.

Upload valid sports certificates (correct format, dates & level) along with education proof. Applications without sports proofs will be rejected.

Education (in addition to sports norms): L5/4: Graduate • L3/2: 12th/ITI • L1: 10th/ITI/NAC.

Selection Process

Application Scrutiny Verification of eligibility (age, education, sports norms, fee). Shortlisted candidates are called for Sports Trials.

Sports Trials Practical assessment of game/discipline skills. Candidates are graded FIT/NOT FIT and awarded marks based on performance.

Certificates & Achievements Evaluation of sports achievements (recognized championships/levels) and educational qualification as per notified norms.

Final Merit (100 Marks) Total score = Trials + Sports Achievements + Education. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks for their pay level.

Document Verification Original documents checked (age, education, caste/EWS, sports certificates, NOC where applicable). Biometric/identity verification may be done.

Medical Examination Railway medical standards applicable to the allotted post & pay level (fit/unfit as per norms). Appointment is subject to being medically fit.
