Educational Qualification — Post-wise

Post	Minimum Education
Cashier	Degree from a University established by law in India.
Salesman	Degree from a University established by law in India.
Peon	SSLC (Class 10) pass and must have studied Kannada as one of the languages.

Note: Kannada reading, writing and speaking ability is essential. Qualification must be possessed on or before the last date of application.

Selection Process

Application Scrutiny

All applications received within the dates are checked for eligibility, fee/DD, and required documents.

Shortlisting (1:5)

Eligible candidates are shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio against each post based on qualifying marks and roster norms.

Interview

Shortlisted candidates are called for an in-person Interview (and/or basic skill check if required) at the Society.

Document Verification

Original certificates (age, education, caste/category, experience if any) must be produced on the DV date; non-submission leads to rejection.

Final Merit & Appointment

Final selection is based on interview performance and verification outcomes, subject to roster rules. Appointment is as per Society/Co-operative norms.

Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview. The Society’s decision regarding eligibility and selection is final.

How to Apply (Offline)

Get the form

Collect the prescribed application from the Society office (PACS, Navalagi) or prepare a neatly typed application as per the notice.

Fill details

Enter name, address, DOB, mobile, post applied (Cashier/Salesman/Peon), and education details clearly in BLOCK letters.

Attach documents

Self-attested copies of SSLC/PUC/Degree marks cards, category/caste certificate (if any), ID proof, and recent passport photos.

Fee (DD)

Attach Demand Draft for the applicable fee (₹1,000 GM/BC; ₹300 SC/ST/Cat-1) as instructed. Write your name & mobile on the back of the DD.

Seal & superscribe

Place the form + enclosures in a sealed envelope, superscribed: “Application for the post of ______ — PACS, Navalagi”.

Submit

Submit by hand/post to the Society’s address so it reaches between 01 Nov 2025 (10:00 AM) and 21 Nov 2025 (5:00 PM). Keep a photocopy of the full set.
