RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025 — Apply Online (CEN 06/2025 & 07/2025)
Indian Railways has announced Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) vacancies under Graduate and Under-Graduate levels through CEN 06/2025 & CEN 07/2025. This is an All-India recruitment. Candidates from Karnataka (Bengaluru & districts) generally apply via RRB Bengaluru; however, final allocation depends on preferences, merit, and rules. Educational Qualification (Minimum)
CEN 06/2025 — Graduate Level
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University (as on the closing date).
- Examples of posts: Station Master, Commercial Apprentice, Goods Guard, Senior Clerk-cum-Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist, Senior Time Keeper, Senior Commercial-cum-Ticket Clerk, Traffic Assistant (post-wise requirements apply).
- Typing (where applicable): Proficiency test may be required for Clerk/Time Keeper streams (criteria as per detailed CEN).
CEN 07/2025 — Under-Graduate Level
- Minimum: 12th/Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized Board (as on the closing date).
- Examples of posts: Commercial-cum-Ticket Clerk, Junior Clerk-cum-Typist, Accounts Clerk-cum-Typist, Trains Clerk (post-wise requirements apply).
- Typing (where applicable): Proficiency test may be required for Clerk streams (criteria as per detailed CEN).

- Mode of payment: Online only (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI). Bank/transaction charges are extra.
- Refund rule: Refund is processed to the same payment account if you appear for the notified CBT. Absent candidates are not eligible.
- One application per CEN: Multiple/duplicate applications may be rejected; fee forfeited.

Selection Process
CBT-1 — Pattern (Indicative)
- Objective (MCQ), ~100 Qs, 90 min.
- Sections: General Awareness (~40), Mathematics (~30), Reasoning (~30).
- Negative marking: 1/3 per wrong answer; Normalization applies for multi-session exams.
- Purpose: Screening for CBT-2 as per notified shortlisting ratio.
CBT-2 — Pattern (Indicative)
- Objective (MCQ), ~120 Qs, 90 min.
- Sections: General Awareness (~50), Mathematics (~35), Reasoning (~35).
- Negative marking: 1/3 per wrong answer; Normalization applies.
- Merit: Post/Level-wise merit is based primarily on CBT-2 (and qualifying Skill/Aptitude where prescribed).
